Entrance pass to HSE buildings
For security purposes, all HSE students, faculty, staff and guests are required to have a pass to enter any university building. Sharing passes or using someone else’s pass to enter HSE buildings is prohibited.

How do I receive a visitor’s pass?
A visitor’s pass is issued for temporary visits and ordered in advance by coordinators of visits who have access to the temporary pass electronic system.

Where does a visitor obtain a pass?
If a visitor goes to the main building on 20 Myasnitskaya Ulitsa, passes are obtained at the entrance pass office (working hours – 9.30 – 18.00, lunch break at 13.00 – 14.00). When visiting other HSE buildings, passes are obtained from security officers at the entrance turnstile. Please note that all visitors are required to show their identity documents to collect passes.

When are HSE buildings open?
HSE buildings are open Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 11pm; they are closed on Sundays and national holidays.
